Bobby-Joe Taylor

A winger who signed for Dover following his release from Bromley in November 2018, Taylor initially signed on loan from Bromley for one month in October before making the move a permanent one the following month.

The former Chelsea and Gillingham youngster joined the Ravens from Aldershot Town last May and has made 12 appearances for Bromley last season, including one against Dover in the 2-2 draw at Hayes Lane in August.

Taylor has also represented England C twice and played 25 games for Aldershot after arriving from Maidstone United in June 2017.

The attacking midfielder spent two years at the Gallagher Stadium after joining from Cambridge United in July 2015 and made 42 appearances.

The 24-year-old, who can also operate at left-back, signed a new two-year contract with Athletic after making 29 appearances for Andy Hessenthaler’s side last season.

Josh Passley

Full-back Josh Passley joined Dover in July 2017.

Passley started his career with Fulham and made two senior appearances during his time at Craven Cottage.

While he was with Fulham, he also played in League Two while on loan spells with Shrewsbury Town and Portsmouth.

He then joined Dagenham and Redbridge and made 45 appearances in all competitions for the then League Two side.

Passley then had a brief spell with Whitehawk, scoring twice in 13 games for the National League South side, before his move to Crabble.

The right-back featured in 74 matches during his first two campaigns for Whites’ and netted his first goal for Dover on the final day of the 2018/19 season, converting a penalty during a 3-0 win against Sutton United.

Will De Havilland

The centre-back joined on a two-year deal in July 2019 after making 42 National League and two FA Cup appearances for Maidstone United the previous season, wearing the captain’s armband for 16 of those games.

He joined the Stones on a two-year deal following his release by League Two Wycombe Wanderers in May 2018, however, had a release clause following Maidstone’s relegation from the National League a year later.

De Havilland was on the books at Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday before joining Wycombe in the summer of 2016.

During his time with the Chairboys, De Havilland spent time on loan at Aldershot Town and Maidstone before making the move to the Gallagher a permanent one.

James Alabi

England C representative, who will wear the No.19 shirt, joined Tranmere from fellow National League side Chester FC last July and has made nine appearances this season.

During his 18 months with Chester, Alabi scored 23 goals in 53 appearances.

He was club’s leading goalscorer with 17 league goals to his name last season – one of those goals was against Dover in Chester’s 3-1 loss at Crabble in January.

Alabi came through the Academy system at Stoke City, where he shared a house with now Dover defender Manny Parry, and had loan spells at Scunthorpe United, Mansfield Town and Accrington Stanley while he was with the Premier League side.

After leaving Stoke, Alabi joined Ipswich Town at the beginning of the 2015-16 season after impressing during a trial and scored on his debut for The Tractor Boys in a 4-1 victory at Doncaster Rovers in the League Cup.

Midway through that season, he left Portman Road to join Chester FC.
