He’s scored once, that coming in the 3-2 defeat against Wealdstone at Crabble.

Junior Tiensia has returned to Championship side Millwall at the end of his loan spell with us.

Everybody at the club would like to thank Junior for his contribution during his time with us and we wish him all the very best for the future.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

A year of frustration, uncertainty, bad news, and difficulties that no one could have imagined – we are sure no one will be sad to say goodbye to 2021.

So as a new year beckons, all of us here at the football club would like to say a massive thank you for the support we have received over the past 12 months.

We have been humbled by the generosity of your donations through various fundraising initiatives and your continued support of our games at Crabble and away from home.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the new and existing sponsors and advertisers, who continue to support us in what is an extremely difficult time for everyone.

It is also an appropriate time to say thank you to our small team of volunteers, people who selflessly work hard behind the scenes to prepare for and deliver match days.

So whether you are a fan, a business that supports us, or a volunteer, we want to say that we really couldn’t do it without each and every one of you … thank you all.

Wherever you are in the world supporting the club, the Chairman, Directors, management, players, and staff would like to wish you all a very Happy and Healthy New Year.

Please stay safe out there!

LOAN FORWARD RECALLED

Dover Athletic Football Club can confirm that forward Aaron Cosgrave has been recalled from his loan spell with us by parent club AFC Wimbledon with immediate effect.

The 22-year-old joined us from the League One side in July and made 22 appearances in all competitions for Andy Hessenthaler’s side, scoring four times.

His final appearance for the club was in the 1-0 FA Trophy Third Round defeat against Bromley at Crabble on December 18.
