*BF*The young striker was a registered Dover player – as well as still being available for Dagenham and Redbridge.

But Big Tel told doverathletic.com: “Matt wasn’t really what we were looking for. He came on a non-contract basis so we could take a look at him.

“We wish him well – but he wasn’t the type of player who would fit into the way we want to play here. Matt is a young player and we wish him all the best for the future.”
