Former Gillingham boss and new Dover Athletic manager Andy Hessenthaler has gone back to Priestfield to add to his squad with the loan signing of Ryan Huckle from the League One side.
Huckle, 18, who will wear the No.32 shirt, can play at centre-back and also in a defensive midfield role.
He joins us until December 1st and is eligible to play in Saturday’s National League clash against Maidenhead United at Crabble.
Welcome to the club Ryan!!
Long-serving goalkeeping coach Lee Hook has left the club.
The 39-year-old arrived at Crabble from Eastbourne Borough as a player in 2009 and went on to make 41 appearances in all competitions.
His last was in the 2-2 draw at Altrincham in December 2014.
The club wishes to place on record its gratitude to ‘Hooky’ for his professionalism and dedication shown during his time with us and wishes him well for the future.
