Whites picked up their third draw of the season at Bromley on Saturday, thanks to Bradley Goldberg’s rebounded penalty cancelled out Nick Deverdics’ earlier strike.

Chris Kinnear will be hoping to turn some of these draws into wins, and climb up the Vanarama National League table.

*BS*TEAM NEWS*BF*
Dover’s most recent signing Aswad Thomas was an unused sub against Bromley therefore waits to make his debut for the club.

For the visitors, midfielder Billy Clifford was suspended earlier on this season but returned in their last fixture against Woking and is likely to keep his place. Forward Junior Morias came off the bench to score Boreham Woods late equaliser at the weekend and he will be pushing for a place in the starting line-up.

Other forward Charlie MacDonald, who captained Barnet last campaign scoring eight times in 30 appearances for the Bees, has recently recovered from an injury and is expected to start against Dover.

Jamie Lucas is Woods joint top scorer with two goals but is unavailable due to injury while former Dartford players Harry Crawford (also two goals) and keeper Preston Edwards are likely to be involved. Midfielder Connor Clifford is a player with plenty of league experience at Southend United and he signed a one year deal with Boreham Wood. He is expected to start on Monday.

Last season’s top scorer Lee Angol scored 24 league goals for Boreham Wood last season scooping him the golden boot award. The 20-year-old was on loan from Luton last season and was an integral part of Woods success, also netting in the play-off final against Whitehawk. He has since moved to League One side Peterborough United.

*BS*MORE ON THE OPPOSITION*BF*
It is Boreham Wood’s first time in their 67 year history that they play in the top tier of non-league football after achieving promotion last year.

Boreham Wood currently sit one place below Dover in 13th place in the table and are unbeaten in their last two matches picking up a fine 2-0 win away at Tranmere Rovers and a 1-1 draw against Woking. Wood finished the 2014/2015 season in second place behind Bromley. They defeated Havant & Waterlooville 4-2 on aggregate to reach the final then overcome Whitehawk in the play-off final 2-1 after extra time to secure promotion to the top flight of non-league football.

The two clubs shared four seasons in the Conference South together, with Whites wining both matches in the first season spent together, however Wood won three and drew three in the following three seasons.

*BS*LAST TIME THEY MET*BF*
The two clubs last met in Dover’s promotion season in 2013/2014. In March 2014, Boreham Wood held Whites to a goalless draw at Crabble.
In January 2014 at Meadow Park it also ended in a draw – bit this time a bit more entertaining. Former White Jeff Goulding bagged a brace to secure a point on the road for Whites.

*BS*MATCH INFORMATION*BF*
Whites will be hoping to fair much better this Bank Holiday fixture, as on this fixture time last year Dover suffered what turned out to be their heaviest defeat of the campaign, losing 6-1 at Woking.

The Bank Holiday Monday clash will not be segregated.

The DAFC Supporters Club will be holding a ‘meet and greet’ session in the Centre Spot from 1pm onwards, with current and non-members invited to meet the committee, suggest ideas for what they would like to see the Supporters Club offer, or just chat to like-minded supporters.

The @DAFCLiveText via twitter will be running as usual, providing up to date match information throughout the game.
