FA TROPHY PREVIEW: WHITES V HARROGATE
Whites play their second match in the space a week when they host fellow National League side Harrogate Town on Saturday in the Buildbase FA Trophy Second Round Proper.
Andy Hessenthaler’s men needed a replay to knock out Havant & Waterlooville, winning 1-0 at West Leigh Park on Tuesday night following a 2-2 draw at Crabble on 15th December.
This weekend’s opponents, who visit Crabble for the first time, also had to overcome tough opposition to make it past the first round.
Gate had to come from behind at the CNG Stadium to beat National League North York City 2-1 with Dom Knowles and Liam Kitching the scorers for the home team.

The Vanarama National League has released details of the opportunity for ALL football fans to purchase Early Bird tickets for their Promotion Final on Saturday 11th May 2019 at Wembley Stadium connected by EE.
Tickets are now on sale and will remain available as outlined below direct from Wembley Stadium Ticketing Portal. This offer is only available on-line.
There is also an option for ‘Print at Home’ (PAH).
EARLY BIRD offer – up to and including 28th February 2019:

Seniors (Over 60): £10
Under 16: FREE **
(** 1 free U16 ticket can be ordered for each ticket sold at Adult or Senior price).
Additional tickets for Under 16 over the above allowance can be purchased at £5 each.
Early Bird sales are made even more attractive as no booking fee is charged.
Please be advised no ticket is refundable once purchased through the Early Bird option.

Notes:
General Admission Ticket prices for the Promotion Final will be announced in April.
Early Bird tickets will NOT be forwarded to purchasers until the two competing finalist clubs are confirmed. This will allow for ticket allocation to be made in blocks for any group of supporters of a neutral club wishing to be in the same area. Initial purchase therefore will be placed into holding blocks for the time being.
In order for this to be offered, each purchaser will be required to nominate which National League member club they align themselves to or they may indicate a ‘No Preference’ neutral option.
Supporters of the two clubs who do reach the Promotion Final and who purchase Early Bird tickets will be allocated their tickets for the correct area of the stadium when allotted to each finalist club.

FA TROPHY PREVIEW: HAVANT & WATERLOOVILLE V WHITES
Dover travel to West Leigh Park tonight for their rearranged Buildbase FA Trophy first round replay.
An injury-time equaliser from Anthony Jeffrey made it 2-2 at Crabble on Saturday 15th December to set up the match in Hampshire.
This evening’s match was originally due to be played on Tuesday 18th December, but was postponed due to heavy rain in the area.
One visiting player will be familiar with his surroundings when the squad arrives this evening.
Alfie Pavey played 19 matches for the Hawks before transferring to Whites’ last month.
The winner of the tie will host National League side Harrogate Town on Saturday 12th January in the second round.

SMITH JOINS GATE ON LOAN
Young forward David Smith has joined Bostik League Premier Division side Margate on loan for one month to play first-team football.
The 19-year-old, who has had loan spells with Bostik South East clubs Sevenoaks Town and Sittingbourne earlier this campaign, has made three appearances for us in the National League this season.

DEBAYO STAYING AT CRABBLE
The Club is delighted to announce that Joshua Debayo’s loan spell from League Two Cheltenham Town has been extended until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old left-back joined us in October and has made nine appearances since then.
Debayo joined the Robins on a two-year contract after leaving Leicester City at the end of the 2017/18 campaign.
The Nigerian has made five League Two appearances and two in the EFL Cup this season.
Debayo started his career with Fulham and Chelsea before moving to Southampton in 2013.
