Dover Athletic are delighted to announce the signing of Somalia international Sak Hassan.

The 25-year-old arrives at the Megger Community Stadium with plenty of experience across non-league football.

Born in the Netherlands, Hassan spent time in the academies of Leyton Orient, Queens Park Rangers and Tottenham Hotspur before beginning his senior career. He later enjoyed productive spells with AFC Sudbury and Hashtag United, scoring 18 league goals in 60 appearances for Sudbury before registering 22 in 90 for Hashtag.

His performances earned him a move to National League side Wealdstone in the summer of 2025, where he made 24 league appearances during the 2025/26 campaign.

Hassan also brings international pedigree, having represented Somalia 15 times, scoring twice since making his debut in 2022.

Starting the season with Hampton & Richmond Borough, Hassan now links up with Jake Leberl’s squad ahead of the Whites’ upcoming fixtures.
