Josh Passley

Full-back Josh Passley joined Dover in July 2017.

Passley started his career with Fulham and made two senior appearances during his time at Craven Cottage.

While he was with Fulham, he also played in League Two while on loan spells with Shrewsbury Town and Portsmouth.

He then joined Dagenham and Redbridge and made 45 appearances in all competitions for the then League Two side.

Passley then had a brief spell with Whitehawk, scoring twice in 13 games for the National League South side, before his move to Crabble.

The right-back featured in 74 matches during his first two campaigns for Whites’ and netted his first goal for Dover on the final day of the 2018/19 season, converting a penalty during a 3-0 win against Sutton United.

Will De Havilland

The centre-back joined on a two-year deal in July 2019 after making 42 National League and two FA Cup appearances for Maidstone United the previous season, wearing the captain’s armband for 16 of those games.

He joined the Stones on a two-year deal following his release by League Two Wycombe Wanderers in May 2018, however, had a release clause following Maidstone’s relegation from the National League a year later.

De Havilland was on the books at Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday before joining Wycombe in the summer of 2016.

During his time with the Chairboys, De Havilland spent time on loan at Aldershot Town and Maidstone before making the move to the Gallagher a permanent one.

James Alabi

England C representative, who will wear the No.19 shirt, joined Tranmere from fellow National League side Chester FC last July and has made nine appearances this season.

During his 18 months with Chester, Alabi scored 23 goals in 53 appearances.

He was club’s leading goalscorer with 17 league goals to his name last season – one of those goals was against Dover in Chester’s 3-1 loss at Crabble in January.

Alabi came through the Academy system at Stoke City, where he shared a house with now Dover defender Manny Parry, and had loan spells at Scunthorpe United, Mansfield Town and Accrington Stanley while he was with the Premier League side.

After leaving Stoke, Alabi joined Ipswich Town at the beginning of the 2015-16 season after impressing during a trial and scored on his debut for The Tractor Boys in a 4-1 victory at Doncaster Rovers in the League Cup.

Midway through that season, he left Portman Road to join Chester FC.

Anthony Jeffrey

The Guyana international made 36 appearances in all competitions for us last season, scoring three goals, before his contract expired in the summer.

Jeffrey, who started his career at Arsenal, signed for Dover on a permanent deal in July 2018 from Sutton United after making 21 appearances during a loan spell with the club the previous season.

He has also spent time at Boreham Wood, Forest Green Rovers and Wycombe Wanderers.

Yusuf Mersin

The 26-year-old Londoner, who stands at an impressive six feet and five inches tall, featured 19 times for Crawley Town during a three-year spell with the League Two club before being released at the end of the 2018/19 campaign.

He made eight league appearances for the reds the season before putting pen to paper with Whites’ in May 2019.

Mersin played for Turkish Premier League for Kasimpasa FC before returning to the UK to sign for Crawley in 2016.

The giant stopper, who has represented Turkey at both under-17 and under-18 levels, commanded a seven-figure transfer fee when he moved from Millwall to Liverpool as a youngster.

Ade Yusuff

Striker Yusuff joined Dover Dulwich Hamlet in December, having moved to the National League South side from Folkestone Invicta in May 2019.

The former Dagenham & Redbridge man scored 51 goals in 102 appearances for Neil Cugley’s side before making the move to full-time with Dulwich.

Prior to joining the then League Two Daggers, Yussuf played for Chatham Town, scoring 24 goals in 38 games.

He also a week’s trial at Manchester United as a youngster before spells at Charlton and Stevenage.
