Henry Young

Henry Young – Youngy signed his first contract with the senior team during the 23/24 campaign, shortly after his 18th birthday. The young midfielder has since established himself as a first team player throughout the season making 30 appearances scoring 1 goal. He captained the Academy side to 22/23 League Title, FA Youth Cup Round 3 and the Kent Schools Academy’s Cup.

Roman Charles-Cook

Roman Charles-Cook – Attacking wing-back Roman Charles-Cook joined us at the start of 23/24 from Sutton United’s academy after having two loan spells last season at Cray Wanderers and Harrow Borough. Roman also made three international appearances with Grenada.

Luke Baptiste

Luke Baptiste – Baptiste, a Dover Athletic Academy product, is versatile on the field, primarily playing as a central midfielder but also capable of performing in defensive and attacking roles​. Since his debut in 21/22 he has made over 100 competitive appearances for The Whites.

George Nikaj

George Nikaj – George Nikaj came through the Dover Athletic academy and made his first team debut during the 2021/22 season in the National League. Over the last two seasons, he has made 51 appearances in the National League South and was named the Away Player of the Season for 2023/24​.

Tom Smith

The 18-year-old signed his first professional deal with the Premier League club in November last year after starring in last season’s under-18s title-winning campaign by keeping five clean sheets in eight games.

Smith, who has also featured for the Gunners Under 23s, also wore the captain’s armband in a pivotal 3-0 home victory against Chelsea last season.

This season, Smith played for Arsenal’s Under 21s in their 2-1 EFL Trophy win at Ipswich Town last month.

Louis Collins

Young striker who signed for the club in August.

The 19-year-old spent last season playing for Sevenoaks Town in the Isthmian League South East Division, a club managed by his father Micky.

The two-time Kent Youth League Golden Boot winner joined The Oaks following his release from Scunthorpe United after they were relegated to Sky Bet League Two.

Bayli Spencer-Adams

Our new number 22 joined Watford on a one-year deal with the option of a further year from Arsenal in July 2019.

He had previously spent time in the youth setups at West Ham United and Tottenham.

Since joining the Hornets, Bayli  has been a regular for the Under-23s and has trained with the first team.

On January 23, 2020, Spencer-Adams made his first-team debut for Watford in an FA Cup third round replay against Tranmere Rovers.

In August 2020 he signed a new one-year contract with the option of a further year.

Omar Mussa

The former Belgium under-19 international will wear the number 23 shirt and goes straight into the squad for Tuesday’s National League clash against Eastleigh at Crabble.

The 20-year-old has already played in England, spending six months with League One Walsall in 2019, making his league debut against Scunthorpe United a couple of weeks after joining from Belgian First Division A side KV Mechelen in the January transfer window.

He was signed by now Wrexham manager Dean Keates when he was in charge of the Saddlers.

Omar, who played one pre-season game for Andy Hessenthaler’s team before returning home, came up through the ranks at Mechelen and has been capped at under-16 to under 19 levels for his country.
