*BS*Dover kept their play-off hopes alive on Friday by producing one of their best performances of the season.*BF*

An own goal gave Whites the lead, which Adam Birchall doubled from the penalty spot. Jon Main came on as a sub to net the third in the second half.

The three points temporarily put Dover up to 5th in the league table but the Woking beat Farnborough 2-1 on Saturday to push Whites back down to 6th.

Despite this setback, Martin Hayes’ side have closed in on Welling, who dropped points thanks to former White Danny Hockton scoring a last minute penalty for Thurrock in a 1-1 draw.

Two wins from the final two matches of the season would put the Wings and Woking under pressure in the race for the promotion play-off ties in May.

*BS*Dover Athletic have announced the return of their highly popular ‘Holidays Soccer School’.*BF*

Dover Athletic Manager and Ex-Arsenal Winger, Marin Hayes, will be running this Easters Soccer Schools at Dover Athletic Football Club.

Hayes, who will be accompanied by a selection of Dover Athletic players, will be providing coaching to youngsters between the ages of 8 and 13 years at Perrys Crabble Stadium.

*BS*Dover Athletic Soccer School will be taking place between 11th – 15th April and 18th – 20th April (both inclusive).*BF*

Children will be put through their paces in a fun and safe environment, under the supervision of UEFA A badge coaches and members of the first team squad. Each session will run from 10am until 2pm.

Children will need to bring suitable kit, football boots and a packed lunch and drink.

The cost of the Soccer School is £10 per day.

Application forms are available from local schools, at the club shop on Saturday mornings and on Matchdays, as well as the club office Monday to Friday from 10am until 2pm.
