PREVIEW: EASTLEIGH V WHITES

Two in-form sides go up against eachother at the Silverlake Stadium this Saturday.

Whites’ travel to Hampshire aiming for a third consecutive National League win, while the Spitfires will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to seven matches.

Boss Andy Hessenthaler’s 150th match in charge of Athletic coincides with a first return to Eastleigh since rejoining Dover in October.

And Whites’ gaffer will be encouraged by his opponents recent home form.

Eastleigh manager Ben Strevens has yet to taste victory in four matches in charge at the Silverlake Stadium.

EASTLEIGH’S KEY MAN

Josh Hare has been in fine form for his side both defensively and offensively this campaign.  The versatile defender, son of Dover first team coach Darren Hare, has scored three goals this season.

Inih Effiong’s winner at Boreham Wood sent him joint top of the Dover scoring charts alongside Mitch Brundle and Kevin Lokko with four goals.  For Eastleigh, Paul McCallum leads the way with 11 goals this campaign.

PREVIEW: BOREHAM WOOD V WHITES

Whites go in search of their first away National League win this season when they travel to Hertfordshire on Tuesday night.

Boss Andy Hessenthaler, who may hand a debut to recent signing Alfie Pavey, will be aware of how strong Luke Garrard’s side have been at home this season.

Wood have lost just once in the league at Meadow Park this campaign, a 4-2 defeat to Harrogate Town back in September.

Three of the Dover’s squad will be familiar with their surroudings on Tuesday evening.

Winger Anthony Jeffrey featured 53 times for Boreham Wood during three separate spells, scoring nine times.  Striker Inih Effiong played 48 games, netting eight times during two periods with the club and Jai Reason represented tonight’s opponents on 15 occasions.

FYLDE’S KEY MAN

The Coasters broke their transfer record to bring talented midfielder Ryan Croasdale to Mill Farm from Kidderminster Harriers in the summer.  The former England C captain has already shown his worth with some impressive displays in the middle of the park for his side.
